Add Shared Mailbox in Outlook 365

How do I open a shared mailbox in Outlook 365?

Environment

  • Outlook 365 (web version)

Resolution

  • Navigate to Outlook 365
  • Login to your Account.
  • In the folders on the left side, right click on the folders header.
  • Select Add Shared Folder.

  • Type in the shared mailbox name.

  • Select Add.

  • In your folder list on the left you will see the mailbox. To expand the folder select the arrow to the left of the mailbox.
