Communications, Information & Technology is made up of small teams that work together to support faculty, staff and students at Macomb Community College. These teams collaborate to provide reliable, accessible tools and services to the campus.

This self-service portal will allow you submit a new ticket, as well as view and update your active tickets.  You can also search and read through articles in our knowledge base to help you troubleshoot problems on your own.

Submit a Request

You can submit a request by browsing through our services offered here.  This feature allows you to create a new service request or report a problem to the College's IT support staff at your convenience.

After-Hours Support

Our voicemails and emails are monitored after hours for outages. In the event of a major outage, our staff are notified to begin troubleshooting the problem. Our main telephone number may be unreachable during an outage
